I have taken a few different brands of tribulus over the years, first used it in conjunction with DHEA and DAA to help boost gains in the gym but have also noticed it to have an effect in the bedroom when taking it alone. I've always had more success with powders than pills or capsules. My body seems to absorb the powder much more easily than any other method of ingestion. I haven't found a brand hat does not work yet, so really it's come down to price for me.
Best deal I've found is on amazon; 25 Grams (0.88 Oz) Tribulus Terrestris 90% Bulk Powder (Strongest Tribulus on the market). The upside is the low cost of the powder versus pills, downside is you have to mix it in with something rather than just popping a pill. I personally just include it my protein shake which I take everyday anyways so it's not a big deal for me. Comes down to personal preference.

Tribulus does not boost hormone, hgh or testosterone levels. It does boost energy level sightly and improves sexual performance. This product is good for if your working out a lot and still have to have great relations with your partner after. For the serious muscle gainers this product is not for you. You would be better off buying a omega complete oil which naturally boost hormones with health fats. I hope this helps you make the right decision.

I found this product to not be as effective as others that I have tried. I used it for about 2 weeks to be sure and then just returned it.
Maybe it was just me but I was really disapointed.

I have been using this product for three months now. I have noticed a greater amount of energy during the day and a good amount of muscle gain.
