Started with online products like this one. Found them to be expensive and dry. Probably good, however. Am presently using whole fresh flaxseed available from my grocery store. Much more affordable. I just grind it in one of those little coffee grinders, and then sprinkle it on my oatmeal. This product provides fiber, and is recommended for an anti cancer oriented diet.
