I was hesitant about trying this product due to the mixed reviews.
Saw it at a local health food store and decided to give it a try.
I've been taking this regularly 1 at night and 1 in the morning for 3 weeks and the effect has stabilized.
Everyone's system is different, so what works for one person might not work for another.
In my case this product works well. I never upped the dosage as suggested, I just take 1 in the morning and
1 at night. The results have been excellent.
What comes in goes out at about the same rate. This product has stimulated my system. If I eat more, the next
day I go more. I believe that it's turned a two or 3 day process into a steady in today out tomorrow.
Sorry to get scatological: but the stools are a little looser but not like diarrhea, constipation is gone.
It did take a few days to get used to it. I think I had a very strong urge to got to the bathroom the first day or two. This went away.
This product is definitely worth giving a try. It worked for me, it might work for you.

I was once at a health spa, and one of the people there put together a mixture of herbs that naturally aid the digestive system. Speaking frankly, she said if you eat three times a day, you should go three times a day. This product listed many of the same herbs she used in her mixture. Unlike laxatives, which clean you out in an aggressive manner, this works in a very mild way and just helps you to go naturally. I have never experienced any cramping or negative issues associated with this product. I endorse it as a healthy way to help you become "regular". I don't personally believe that "cleanse" products will rid your body of toxins, or help you to lose weight. But, for going regularly, this is an EXCELLENT product. And Amazon offers them for a great price.

The first week with this seem to be okay but on the second week I was getting bad stomach pains. I stopped using it for a while and they went a way.
Then when I resumed usising it again they came back so I was afraid to keep using it. I am not sure if it was my stomach or intestines but either way it was not an experience that I want to go through again.

I have tried other cleanses before and this one is by far the simplest. Some cleanses require you to gulp down a full glass of thick fiber in the morning followed by a full glass of water and tea at night along with detox capsules. I couldn't stand to swallow that awful fiber mixture again! Taking one capsule in the morning and one at night is far easier. I am on my 6th day and it is working fine for me. I only had one day where I "went" way many times but that is to be expected when your system is getting used to the change. After the first few days, you should experience normal movements. Also, for those of you who have not done a cleanse before, you may notice a stage where your face will experience a mild breakout of blemishes. This is normal...it happened when I did other cleanses. It is the body getting rid of toxins that have built up in your system. The layers of toxins are broken up and flushed away and therefoe come into contact with your bloodstream. This is a good sign the cleanse is working and after the initial mild breakout your skin will begin to get clearer and healthier looking. Also, this cleans gets rid of excess water weight gain. I have lost 5 pounds in 6 days! This was all holiday weight gain, of course. January is a perfect time to do a cleanse and start the year out healthier.
P.S. - be sure to drink plenty of water, as this is essential when doing an effective cleanse.

this is an AMAZING cleanser, However if your having problems with it, (which I didnt and I have a sensitive systom) try drinking ALOT more water, and eatting a decent amount of fiber to help things along. I found this to be gentle for me and very effective for cleaning. I will be repurchasing from amazon next time I want a good cleanse since this is the best price. And remember people not every product out there is good for everyone, so if it dosent work for you that dosent make it a bad product just means it dosent work for your system.
