I have adrenal fatigue which I believe is in part due to a virus. These have helped me tremendously over the past couple weeks I've taken them. Lord willing I'll be able to take these for an extended period of time to overcome this even more quickly.

I absolutely LOVE these! Makes my skin look better, clears up my acne and it makes a difference when I don't take these. My face gets really oily, I break out really bad. These are really awesome and I cant tell you enough to buy them! They are also a very good price and don't break the bank!

Not sure how but it works "on the inside" but skin, hair and nails are noticeably better. You just need to give it few weeks.
