This stuff is great! Taken as directed I have a full amount of energy all day long. No problems falling asleep, and no shaking, like other pills loaded with caffeine. Having high blood pressure, I have to be careful as to what I take for energy. This didn't affect my blood pressure at all. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone.

I am an herbalist and this is one of the best energy tonics I have found for my patients. It is very "balanced". Balanced means it is not likely to cause problems for most people, even if taken long term.
